How the club works
CAN I WORK WITH PERSONAL TRAINERS AT CITYFIT?
There are accredited personal CityFit trainers. However, their services are not included in the price of a standard package. If you would like to work out with a personal trainer you need to contact them directly to agree on the specific terms and conditions of your cooperation. Contact details to trainers can be found on the web page of the particular club.
WHAT DO GYM ASSISTANTS DO? DO THEY ARRANGE WORKOUT PLANS?
Gym Assistants support the club members in the club operation. They help members to register, and make sure the club is clean and safe. If you have any comments and suggestions or if you have any needs regarding the equipment, you can also pass them to the Gym Assistants.
Arranging workout plans, checking whether exercises are performed correctly or measuring body content is not included in the job description of the Gym Assistants.
DO YOU OFFER ACCESS TO WIFI AT THE CLUB?
Yes, in our clubs we offer free Internet access.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THE CLUBS CLEAN?
In our clubs, the cleaning staff takes care of equipment cleaning on an ongoing basis. We also ask our CityFit members to use towels during workouts. To protect the environment, we do not use paper towels.
DOES CITYFIT OFFER GROUP WORKOUTS SUCH AS YOGA, TBC OR ZUMBA?
Yes, we offer you a full range of group activities! No classes require an extra payment: you can participate for the price of your pass! You must register in the Customer Area to join a class. The registration starts 48 hours before the selected class. The number of places is limited. If you are unable to come to the class please remember to cancel your reservation via the Customer Area at least 3 hours before the starting time. Failure to cancel your reservation may result in a temporary block of the ability to enrol for fitness classes.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY DATA, SUCH AS THE PESEL NUMBER?
Your data are required for formal reasons related to payments, invoicing and security of the club members. Our club meets all the requirements of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, which guarantees the security of the data subject to processing.
CAN PEOPLE UNDER 18 GO TO CITYFIT CLUBS?

DOES CITYFIT ACCEPT SPORTS CARDS, SUCH AS MULTISPORT?
No; there are no such plans for the time being. We trust that with our attractive deals, 24/7 opening times and the quality of our club, our proposal will be a compelling alternative.
WHY SUBSCRIBE TO THE CLUB BEFORE THE OPENING?
First, to take advantage of the special pre-opening promotional price. In addition, you can be sure that you have a guaranteed place in the club.
CAN I ENTER ANY OF YOUR CLUBS USING MY SINGLE PASS?
For the time being, membership in one club does not authorise you to use other clubs. If you want to use another club, you must purchase a separate pass.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON?
Due to the personalised membership and access control system it is impossible to transfer your pass to another person.
WHAT ARE THE DOORS OPEN DAYS BEFORE THE CLUB OPENING?
Whenever we open a new CityFit club, we organise Doors Open Days for clients a few days before the opening so that they can get to know the infrastructure and the club’s offer.
DO YOU OFFER FREE FIRST TRAINING?
If you are interested, you may visit the club during the Doors Open Days every second Saturday of each month and have free trial training.
WHY FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP, AND NOT ABANDON IT?
By freezing your membership you will be able to keep the fixed price guarantee once you return, and you will not be required to pay the registration fee again. You will not be able to access the club during the frozen period; access to the club will be immediately unblocked when you unfreeze your membership.
WHAT IS “MEMBERSHIP FREEZE” ALL ABOUT?
If you need to take a break from your workouts, for whatever reason, you can take advantage of the membership freeze option. Your monthly fee for the subsequent billing period will be reduced as appropriate. The fee in the clubs in Rzeszów, Wałbrzych, Lublin and Bielsko-Biała is PLN 15; in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Katowice the fee is PLN 20.

WHAT DOES “FIXED PRICE GUARANTEE” THAT YOU PROVIDE MEAN?
The lifetime price guarantee offered by us is nothing else than our assurance that as long as you keep your active membership in our club, your pass price will not change! In club in Bydgoszcz the pre-opening promotional price of 39 PLN will be valid for the first 12 months of your membership. After this period, your monthly fee will increase to 49 PLN per month.
In CityFit Wrocław the pre-opening promotional price of 29 PLN will be valid for the first 3 months of your membership. After 3rd month your fee will increase to 39 PLN per month.
WHAT DOES “NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT” MEAN?
You decide how long you are going to be a member of CityFit. You don’t sign a long-term contract when you join us, and your membership will continue to roll automatically on a monthly basis for as long as you choose to stay with us. You can cancel at any time by logging on to the Customer Area at www.cityfit.pl. Your membership will not be prolonged for another billing period, and you will not be charged anything.
WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
You can choose a monthly plan. We also offer 1-day or 3-day passes. All membership options allow you to enjoy our club’s offer and fitness classes.
Our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Top quality equipment at a reasonable price is what makes CityFit stand out from the crowd. You do not need to sign a long-term contract to become a CityFit member.
WHAT IS THE “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”?
A money back guarantee is applicable when a client signs up to a new club prior to the opening date. We will refund your membership fee if you change your mind regarding training at CityFit and click “Resign” before the opening date.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CARD PAYMENT. HOW CAN I SOLVE IT?
If you encounter problems with a payment card, please contact your bank. Ask for activation of recurring payments and ask them to change the limit. Make sure you also check the validity of your card and the available card balance.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE CARD DETAILS. HOW DO I DO THAT?
To change the card details log into the Customer Area and enter the new details. The system will check whether the card details are correct. Please keep in mind that the recurring payment function and proper limits must be turned on.
I’D LIKE TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If your direct debit is active, you can change the payment method and the bank account number only via the Customer Service Point.
CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP WITH CASH?
Sorry, it is not possible. There is no reception desk in our clubs and all payments are made automatically. As a method of payment you can set up a recurring payment by credit card or direct debit.
CAN I PAY BY ONE-OFF BANK TRANSFER TO CITYFIT’S BANK ACCOUNT?
The access control system is strictly connected with the automated payments to recognise whether or not your membership fee has been paid. You will not be able to enter the club if you make a traditional wire transfer.
WHAT IS DIRECT DEBIT AND HOW DO I SET IT UP?
Direct debit is a way to make payments automatically. It is set up by the bank account holder pursuant to an application form that we make available to you while you register your account with CityFit.
You need to print out the form, then drop the completed and signed form to the box located in the lobby of the club just by the entrance. Please keep in mind that the signature must match the specimen signature submitted to your bank.
This is all you have to do; we will pass your request to the bank. Your form will be scanned and then sent to your bank, which will verify the signature. Once the bank has accepted your application, the status of your direct debit will switch to “active” and it will be displayed in your Customer Area. From that moment, your payments will be made automatically.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING AUTOMATED PAYMENT METHODS?
We offer automated payment methods because they are safe and convenient for you. With this solution in place, you don’t have to remember the payment dates and you may enter the club even while the payment is being processed.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR CITYFIT MEMBERSHIP?
You have two options to pay for your CityFit membership – you can pay with a payment card or by direct debit. If you choose direct debit, you will make the first monthly payment using the przelewy24 platform. Registration and first steps with CityFit
DO I NEED TO BOOK AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION?
Taking part in the introductory session is not compulsory, but we recommend doing so to make the most of the club features. During the introductory session, you will learn how to properly use the equipment available and learn how the club works. The session may be booked via the Customer Area.
HOW CAN I LOG INTO THE CUSTOMER AREA?
To log into your customer area please visit our website at www.cityfit.pl, where you will find the “Login / Return to us” button in the upper right corner. Enter the e-mail address used during registration or the PESEL number as your login and enter the temporary password which we have sent to your e-mail address (also given during registration) into the “password” field. If you do not have a password please use the option “Forgot your password?”. Please contact the Customer Service Point if you encounter any problems.
HOW DO I OPEN THE ACCESS PORTALS?
Once you have paid your membership fees and scanned your fingerprint, you are ready to embark on your journey with CityFit. To open your access portal, press the button above the reader to activate the scanner. Next, press your finger and follow the instruction below.
HOW DO I ENTER THE CLUB WHEN THERE IS NO RECEPTION DESK?
We offer an innovative solution in our clubs; you can enter the club by scanning your fingerprint. With the fingerprint reader at the entrance to the club, our club members do not have to remember to carry yet another pass with them. Enjoy free access to the club 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I READ BEFORE MY FIRST VISIT TO THE CLUB?
The services are provided pursuant to the CityFit’s General Terms and Conditions, which are available during the account registration process. Please keep in mind that during the fingerprint scanning process the system will print out a biometric consent form that members are required to sign if they want to use our services.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Once you have selected your membership option and completed your personal details, the system will navigate you through the payment process. Upon registration, we will give you your temporary password to the Customer Area and the PIN code to complete your registration at our interactive kiosk.
After you have made your first payment, the system will allow you to scan your fingerprint and enjoy the club’s offer.
HOW DO I JOIN THE CLUB?
There are two ways to register as a member – using our website at www.cityfit.pl or in the interactive kiosks which may be found in the club lobby.
WHAT MEASUREMENTS CAN I MAKE IN CITYFIT?
There are scales available to everyone in our clubs.
Accredited personal trainers have access to the Tanita body composition analyser. Find out your BMI index, muscle mass and body fat percentage to the total body weight.
Fit Quest is the absolute novelty on the Polish market and is available only in CityFit. With Fit Quest, you will be able to find out how fit you are. 4 minutes is all it takes. Perform 5 tasks in 4 minutes and measure as many as 8 parameters. The machine is available to all club members.
CAN I BOOK A LOCKER ON A PERMANENT BASIS?
Sorry, it is not possible. Please note that you must empty the locker after each workout. For cleaning purposes, the CityFit staff empty the lockers every night between 2 and 4 a.m. If you work out during those hours please use the fast lockers by the access portals.
ARE THERE LOCKERS AND SHOWERS AT EVERY CITYFIT CLUB?
Yes, we provide showers, lockers and toilets. The changing rooms are equipped with sockets for dryers. Lockers are locked with a padlock, so do not forget to bring your own padlock for each workout. You can also buy it in a vending machine in the club.
IS THERE A SAUNA, SPA OR SWIMMING POOL IN THE CLUB?
No. When opening our chain of fitness clubs we focused on offering world-class fitness equipment at a reasonable price, which means that we abandoned the unnecessary extras such as the pool, sauna or the reception desk.
DO YOU OFFER FREE WATER TO DRINK?
There are drinking fountains in our clubs accessible for everyone.
WHAT CAN I BUY IN YOUR VENDING MACHINES?
We offer water, isotonic sports drinks, protein bars, and padlocks. You can pay with your card or with cash (coins only).
WILL YOU SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes, we provide free introductory group session hosted by our Gym Assistants. During the session, you will learn how to operate and use the equipment properly. You can enrol for the introductory session in the Customer Area on our website at www.cityfit.pl.
WHAT TRAINING AREAS ARE AVAILABLE IN CITYFIT?
There are different training areas in our clubs, including areas for: functional training, strength training, cardio training, resistance training, fitness, martial arts, warm-up and stretching. Find out more details on the web page of the club of your choice.
WHAT ARE THE HEAVIEST DUMBBELLS AVAILABLE?
In most of our clubs we offer 52 kg dumbbells, and 50 kg ones in Rzeszów, Bielsko-Biała, and Wałbrzych.
