    A SECTION DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO ARE BEGINNING, OR ABOUT TO FINISH THEIR WORKOUT. WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT YOU MIGHT NEED, IT OFFERS A UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE THAT WILL HELP YOU PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR PHYSICAL STRAIN. IT IS ALSO A PERFECT PLACE FOR POST-WORKOUT STRETCHING AND RELAXATION.
